Delphi technique
This type of decision making method is focused on trying to walk with a group in reaching a consensus. His main focus is to get a good unanimous idea from a group in you know that to achieve a final decision. In this regard it values the input of multiple participants in the decision making, each person in the group has a voice but their voice has more value if there are other people within the group that I agree with their approach. In this method it helps to get everybody involved and ask the decision process gets refined and more universal and acceptable decision is made I said conclusive acepted unanimous decision from the group.
This methodology is different from Brent stumming as a unanimous decision is required but he also has is similarity with brainstorming as each individual person in the group has a contribution of an idea or an opinion daddy I fix the decision.
Brainstorming
In this type of decision making method it allows individuals to raise and offer ideas and solutions towards attask. Everyone within the group is allowed to contribute a variety of versions of different ideas and thought processes that they feel that needs attention towards benefiting the common goal. In this scenario of brainstorming method it allows the creativity of individuals to come alive, hence a vast number of ideas add generated since each individual in the group is contributing multiple thoughts and suggestions of ideas in the bucket. Just like diaphragm technique method this allows individuals to participate and offer their inputs or ideas. But the differ in that it collective unanimous decision is required but not so M brainstorming decision making method.
